Chicken schnitzel or Weiner Schnitzel topped with crabmeat, asparagus and Hollandaise
sauce served with potato of the day.
Wednesday: Schnitzel Gruyere
Wiener schnitzel topped with sauteed Portabella mushrooms, roma tomatoes and shredded Gruyere cheese. Served with späzel and red cabbage.
Thursday: Schnitzel Cordon Bleu
Wiener schnitzel stuffed with smoked ham and Swiss cheese, topped
with hollandaise. Served with potato and vegetable of the day.
Friday: Bavarian Pork Rouladen
Pork tenderloin stuffed with sautéed mushrooms, bacon, onion
and spinach. Topped with mustard gravy and served with spaetzel
and red cabbage.
